Are you looking to lose some weight and inches without spending hours at the gym? Then this is the class for you! Have fun in a fast paced Polynesian dance/fitness workout with emphasis on abs, glutes, quads and arms. In just 30 minutes you can really get to the “core” of a good, efficient workout in this low impact and high intensity fitness dance class.

    Resistance bands will be used in class along with wrist, waist and ankle weights incorporating Tahitian moves for core strengthening.

    If you're already fit or you're a Tahitian dancer - this is a great class to help you stay fit as well as improve your Tahitian technic, speed and endurance.
