Have fun in a fast paced Polynesian dance/fitness workout with emphasis on abs, glutes, quads and arms. In just 30 minutes you can really get to the “core” of a good, efficient workout in this low impact and high intensity fitness dance class.

Resistance bands will be used in class along with wrist, waist and ankle weights incorporating Tahitian moves for core strengthening.
