Hula Dance Fitness – Aloha Allure

Class is geared towards seniors 55 and older, looking to improve their mobility, strength, flexibility, and balance as well as bring their alluring, sexy-self back through hula dance fitness.
Basic Hawaiian and slower Tahitian hip and hand movements integrated with low impact total body fitness. Contemporary Hawaiian dance routines change every session.
Beginners are encouraged to join this slower paced class
We do a live performance in the local community through out the year. It is our way of "paying it forward".  All performances are done on a voluntary basis and for non-profit. During the "off" season, we continue to rehearse and perform so our hips, knees, mind and joints don't get rusty!
Live performances are for the shear joy of dancing. It doesn't matter what your age is or the number of classes you've taken.. We all perform for the fun, exercise, and friendships formed in class, and most importantly, to share the aloha spirit with others.
You don't have to be perfect to perform.,.that's what makes Aloha Allure Dance & Finess so perfectly fun!
