Have fun in this fast paced - low impact Polynesian dance/fitness class with emphasis on abs, glutes, quads and arms. In just 30 minutes you can really get to the “core” of a good, efficient workout in this low impact and high intensity fitness dance class.
This is unlike any other fitness dance class you have ever taken - Your first class is free - so come check us out!!!
$7 a class - walk-in's ($5 for registered hula class students) or
$40 a monthly pre-paid at beginning of every month - come as often as you like (no carry over's)
Class workout is an intense 30 minute workout. Be sure to bring a towel, water, yoga mat, and light weights. If you don't have the weights, I will provide them for you.
"Thick" yoga mats are available for purchase @ $20 a piece
